2. How Do We Process Your Information?

- Pay-Per-Call and Lead Generation: We facilitate fully compliant inbound and outbound calls to our business partners based on your interactions with our Services. We use AI-driven technologies, including an AI call center and AI quality assurance tools, to manage calls, analyze performance, and improve our Services. This may involve automated decision-making, such as call routing or quality scoring. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. We comply with applicable state laws, such as obtaining consent in two-party consent states (e.g., California, Florida) as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state statutes. You will be notified at the start of a call if it is being recorded, and you may opt out by ending the call or contacting us as outlined in Section 14. If you provide your phone number through our Services, we may use it to contact you regarding your inquiry or to deliver the requested service, in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR). We respect the National Do Not Call Registry and will not initiate calls to registered numbers without your prior express consent. To opt out of receiving calls from us, update your preferences as outlined in Section 9.
6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

Despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we strive to protect your personal information, transmission to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

State-Specific Privacy Compliance

- Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act (MCDPA): Effective July 1, 2025, we ensure Minnesota residents’ data is processed with transparency and minimized use.
